No service for client services manager

I've attached to reopen my old nedbank account with no joy. Since the 14 on November 2022 until the 13th December 2022 it been very difficult for a client service manager to assist me with my query. I've completed at nedbank itself and that doesn't even work. Like really. How pathetic can nedbank be.
