No service for Business client no assistance don't use Nedbank for business you will regret it

I just lost a business worth 2.6 million cause Nedbank business accounts consultant was not available to make profile changes. We had emailed and called with no response. I went into the centurion branch and there was no interest to assist me as I could not get Angela Qalaza. I even called the call centre while I was in the bank and no one was able to assist me. Why should my livelihood be dependent on the fact one employee of Nedbank. moral of the story do not open a Nedbank business account as they will not assist you when you need them the most. I've lost a big client because of them
