No Service for a policy sold by them NE***T and NE***K

<p>If you have an account, and they sell you a hospital plan, surely you will expect them to keep it valid etc, but now that I need to change details I can not get hold of the Plan and the only thing Nedbank does is give me the numbers, but they can not tell me where it is from. They give me numbers *** and ***, but when I contact those numbers they are busy.</p> <p> </p> <p>How can nedbank sell you a policy and not track it and make you strugle with getting hold of the insurance.</p> <p> </p> <p>If anyone of Nedbank is able to contact me please mail me on ***</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
