No service!

I have been requesting assistance with an issue since yesterday morning. They got in touch with me yesterday evening but we cannot sort out anything after working hours. Now we are going on to day 2 with no assistance. Why do I pay such exhorbitant bank chargers when I`m not getting any service. Is anyone actually working?
