No service delivery?Sunward Park, Boksburg

<p>I phoned before going to the branch to confirm if they do Forex, which I was told they do. I then went to Sunward Park Branch, took a ticket & proceeded to wait 40 minutes without being called. I approached the front desk, asked for the branch manager, who was not available. I asked for the next senior person, the front desk officer proceeded to make a lot of phone calls, left me stanfding there & no one came to assist me. I then went to a teller & was informed that they don't do forex. When I complained, she then told me they do Forex, but the lady was sick & not in today, so no one could help me. No apology, she was quite unperturbed & I was "dismissed" by her attitude! This is not the 1st time this happens in this branch. NEDBANK needs to wake up & service their clients, your 30 second statement about having eye contact also does not exist. You are a bunch of *****S as you do not deliver on what you say you can!! </p>
