No service delivery

Wow, what a mission to get a renewed Amex card. I called on the 1st September and to date there is still no card and over a month of lost greenback points. I got transferred 4 times and then they wanted to transfer me again. No, you've already wasted an hour of my time, stop transferring me! Maybe it's time to start looking at a new bank.
