No service

I received a amex credit card from Nedbank about 4 months ago. Yesterday, i tried using the card but everytime i insert it, it comes out. The last time, it said card not valid. I tried reaching out to Nedbank, but only received a very rebuffed response, that i need to contact the correct department. Well then, lets see if you will respond when i stop paying it.
