No service, can't get money out of account

I have a business account with which I have struggled for months. Eventually, they got my online banking working but I have not been able to do any payments since which has been around 4 months. I have sent multiple emails to Claudia Whitehead and Heidi Delport. They only respond once in a while when they feel like it and do not give any actual answers. I have never seen such bad service in my life. Just trying to get my money out to close the account but even that seems like an impossible task.
