NO SERVICE !

I am extremely frustrated about the poor/no service delivery from Nedbank !! I settled my loan account on the 24th of March 2025 and was advised that my paid up letter would take between 3 and 5 working days, to date 10 April I still have not received anything, I was advised that it would be sent to me yesterday but as expected nothing!!! I tried contacting the department 5 times this morning with no answer !!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS PATHETIC PLEASE GET MY PAID UP LETTER IMMEDIATELY
