No service at Nedbank Branch Kolonnade.

I got to Nedbank Branch by Kollonade and received no assistance or service.. There was no receptionist for over 20 mins and we were forced to wait outside and queue until a receptionist decided to pitch from inside the branch. Even after she pitched. We waited a further 10mins before being allowed back in.

I'm not impressed at all by the poor service and lack of assistance.

What bad service.

I arrived around 12:30pm and still at 13:06 (the time of posting this) , I'm still waiting outside and I was the first in line.
