No service at all, don't insure with nedbank

Don't ever insurer with nedbank, they don't pay claims and refuse to cancel your policy but takes money from your account. I sent them email since the 7th March asking that they cancel all my policies with them and asked them not to debit my account and I sent them numerous emails reminding them the same. Today they debited my account, Nedbank is a terrible company to do any business with them let alone insurance
