NO SERVICE AT ALL, CALL CENTRE NIGHTMARE

I've paid up my account on 28 June and was promised a paid up letter. I sent the POP as requested, made several follow ups via email and telephonic and never received a response. The call centee is a nightmare to reach anyone who can assist.
