No service and no Management

nedbank mamelodi brunch is pethetic to say the least, went to sit there for almost and hour for a deposite, they have 11 open teller points and only one person was assisting with actual deposites. the branch manager is not managing anyone let alone the service in her brunch, no wonder please in brunches are being let go because people wont come to sit there as if we have nothing better to do. the guy that assisted me has an attitude cause i confronted him about the need to serve us promptly. tempted to say we are not given the service we deserve at this brunch because the staff assumes we dont have enough assets to be treated as our fellow citizens who are treated better in white occupied areas.
