No service

I am so annoyed with this bank, I have been banking with them since I started working which is more than 11 years and got my kids and husband banking there and now I must look for another bank because everytime I try to get help with the 360 life cover nobody assists it ends nowhere and they not returning my money because they have control talk about abusing your powers. I have been forwarding the email that I cancelled the policy and took a policy with another company because of their lack of service and now they basically showing me that they won't give me service and they will still take my money as they please. I have proof and I know what you doing is wrong
