No Service

My mom passed away in November 2019, her last Will and testament is with Nedbank. I completed all documents and handed it in by the 18 of November.

In January they told me the papers were lost, then they found the tracking number because I would not accept this excuse from them. Up until now the estate has not Been registered and I have had no communication from the bank.

So sad that during a time of grieving I'm stressing about nonsens like this.
