No Service

I was standing in a queue in Nedbank in Wynberg,the queue was so long that I walked out and there was only 2 tellers at the tills but they have 4 spaces available for tellers to sign on and help the customer's,its so pathetic because there was old people in the queue,but no 1 is there to assist,the branch manager didn't even come to have a look at the queue......So much thanks to customer service....Nedbank Wynberg sucks
