No service

I am rather disappointed to say the least with Nedbank. I have been trying to get a response from your collection department.. I have left a message as have two of your client center agents for them. I have also requested a manager to contact me in regards the issues I am having.. which is now 3 days later.. and still no call.. so much for customer services from Nedbank.. quick to switch off your ATMs and close branches.. but even quicker to ignore customers.. so how long will it take to get a response now.. Not expecting much at all..
