No service

I had 2 garage cards with Nedbank, 1 for me and 1 for my wife, in April 2020 I settled the 2 cards, my wife's card was closed but mine is still open as every month I get a statement from them that shows that I goy 2cents interest. At the beginning of 2024 I went to a Nedbank branch at the Centurion mall, I think if I talked to the wall I would have recieved better service, all I was told was to call the call centre of the card devision as they could not help me, I think they just didn't want to help me. I called the call centre the next day but yet again no help, I was told by the agent that was supposed to assist me that his supervisor would call me.......well I'm still waiting. So may I ask that someone from this pathetic excuse of a bank's card devision could contact me please, my cell is: ***
