No service!!

Absolutely disgusted with Nedbank.

For over a year now, I am fighting about my greenbacks that's not reflecting on my app. No one knows what to do. Someone told me on the phone I have R750 value for GB, 2 days later, another person tells me I have R61. Then I requested a recording. Still waiting. Yet they take the R27 each month without fail. I only use my Amex card to swipe. But get almost no GB... I have 2 funeral policies. On the app it showed I had to pay R91. They took R187. Still waiting for an answer for that. I asked for my FUNERAL policies to be cancelled. They decided to cancel my life policy too. Can't contain about the service. As there is none..no one EVER gets back to you... EVER!!! I'll be leaving Nedbank and go to a bank where I get service, and they don't just take my money for nothing.
