No service

I have been trying since end of January 2020 for the Nedbank Debt recovery department to tell me what I still owe on my outstanding accounts and why they stopped a debit order without informing me what the reasons are. I sent an email to Nedbank end January, but no answer. I sent an email on March 3, got one letter for 1 account but no mention of the other accounts and stopped debit order. I send a 3rd email on 5 March where I get an automatated responce to say they will get back to me in 72 hours. Well Im still waiting Nedbank. So today on 11 March I sent the 4th email. I really hope to get a responce, or am i just being optimistic.
