no separation of tellers to render service

On Saturday, the 19th September 2015 at about 9am, I went to Nedbank at Quaggasrand in Pretoria West to make a query on my account. There were only three tellers who were attending to enquiries and deposits/withdrawals. All customers were standing in the same queue. When it was my turn to be served, the teller said he was dealing with deposits only. I the waited for another teller. When the second teller was about to attend to me, the customer service lady said the teller should attend to the senior citizens. Why is it that this branch does not have different counters to cater for different clients with different needs like othe branches or their competitors? Why do we have to stand in one queue only to be taken from pillat to post? I suggest that they pull up their socks or they are going to loose business. Do we have to go to the surburbs in order to be given the best customer service?
