No Sense of urgency

There is only 1 teller available who has been busy with the same person for more than 15 min having a full blown conversation on what doesnt seem to be business related what so ever, other tellers are making coffee and walking around as if there is no clients waiting.

And to top it off, when I eventually get called, helped by Oaribile Shompane, he has a conversation with his college about deciding on what they are going to have for lunch, this is the same teller that went to make coffee for himself and took his time in doing so.

Bad service and not helpful at all, very frustrating
