To whom it may concern,<br> <br> I am a first time buyer in the property market, and app**** for a home loan through NedBank. Although my application was declined by NedBank, I am not irritated or antagonized in the slightest. People quickly forget that different financial institutions deliver different products with various options as to set them apart from the competition, and thus their credit criteria and rankings may require different inputs. All of this I understand, so not offended at all.<br> <br> The service I received from Wayne Woodroffe was however exceptional. He has a can-do attitude and really goes the extra mile. It is very difficult to get such treatment, especially in large institutions such as this bank. I can only hope that other people receive the same service from other agents withing your establishment.<br> <br> Thank you Wayne, and good luck.
