No Reversal

Used my Amex CC to purchase Lotto on my Nedbank App. Two transactions of R 70 each reflects as FAILED and no refund????? Is there anywhere stated that Amex can't be used to purchase Lotto???? Spoke to two consultants, the first said it will be reversed (this is two days ago), the other say NO reversal possible and I have to contact the vendor myself????? This is not acceptable as I was charged a transaction fee on top of this as well!!!!!<br> <br> Please make contact Nedbank and resolve.<br>
