No responsibility to act against *****

A ********** stop order from Multichoice was opened on my credit card account. I reported the issue to Nedbank ***** but was referred to their disputes department which arranged for a refund of the deducted amounts. The stop order continued, despite numerous attempts from my side to have it closed and Nedbank ***** was not interested in assisting. I resorted to Nedbank complaints after 18 months of inaction, who then spent 6 months achieving nothing with me having to contact them repeatedly. I then contacted Multichoice where a manager undertook to investigate and resolved the issue. I was never refunded all the deductions and, despite asking for the account to be closed, am still paying service charges on the running account. The issue is more complex than stated here but these are the main points. I have been with Nedbank since 1997 but customer loyalty means nothing to Nedbank which passes the buck on *****. I have never received great service from Nedbank but this was the final insult. Ironically I wrote this while waiting in Nedbank for hour and half to close my account...
