No response to paid up letter and additional charges added monthly

My nedbank credit card was paid off and I requested a paid up letter. The letter never arrived and I made telephonic follow ups with no success. Then I received a new statement with a balance of R51 +- and today, 10 Sept a new statement with interest accrued which makes the balance R80+-. I'm battling to get responses to several emails sent to various email addresses.
