No response on problems poor insurance management

I was originally happy when I got a quote for my car but I have been struggling with having peace in July I called to request a payment date the consultation was okay I was informed there would be no prorata charged only to my shoock when a debit order of double my instalment was taken and reversed I contacted them and was told the matter will be escalated feedback to be given in three days a month still awaiting feedback even several attempts to get it now they debit three times the installment the app is not advanced in checking policy you have to call agents who are always escalating now my cover is compromised guys this insurance is the worst we pay for peace of mind not headaches
