No response on emails

I have been trying to track down a Nedbank policy since 9 July and I've been pushed from pillar to post. I was told by client services to contact Nedgroup Life, I was told by Nedgroup Life to contact the insurance department and now I'm getting no response from them. All I want to do is ask a simple question about this policy but no-one can tell me who to speak to.
