No response Nedbank

Can Nedbank please explain to me why they are not calling me back as requested. My savings bank card has been stopped for no reason. I was never informed that it was cancelled, nor that there was a problem. I tried to swipe the card, and i got the message "hold card". why? This is most inconvenient as i now cannot use the card. This is not good service Nedbank.
