No Response From Nedbank Personal Loans Department

I have settled my personal loan with Nedbank and have been sending emails every day for the past 3 weeks requesting a paid up letter however I am not getting a response nor do they answer their calls. They are very quick to harass you for repayment but when they need to provide you with proof that the account had been settled they vanish! I don't understand how an institution of this magnitude cannot do something so simple. I urgently require the paid-up letter to have my credit record updated accordingly. Can somebody PLEASE GET BACK TO ME ASAP IF IT'S NOT TOO MUCH TO ASK???!!!
