No Response from Nedbank Insurance After Urgent Cancellation Request

I am very disappointed by the lack of response from Nedbank Insurance. I recently purchased a car from an auction, but when I went to collect it, it turned out to be a Non-Runner with no engine , even though it was listed as a Runner. Because of this, I cancelled the deal and immediately informed Nedbank Insurance.

The insurance policy was only activated last week Friday, and I cancelled it yesterday. However, I have received no feedback, no confirmation, and no response of any kind.

What is frustrating is that before I joined Nedbank Insurance, I was being called every hour — but now that I actually need help, there is complete silence.

I urgently need confirmation of my cancellation and assurance that no deductions will be made. The current lack of communication is unacceptable.
