No response from my banker

I've been trying to get in touch with my banker Natashia Mazibuko multiple times over the past 2-3 weeks with no response. Despite calling the call centre and going into a Nedbank branch,I haven’t received any acknowledgment or update. Her colleagues have sent her messages and an email to ask to reach out to me but nothing. As a client, timely communication is essential especially when it comes to financial matters. I'm disappointed with the lack of responsiveness and hope this issue is addressed so future interactions are more reliable and professional.
