No Response form Nedank Travel Consultant or Customer Care or Branch

Hi Nedbank Travel,

I made a call to Nedbank Travel (+2 ********** 412 ) on Thursday i.e 18th April, and Confirmed all my details they did share Link to upload Card details for Payment with Subject "Confirmation on Online Payment Link for Serendipity Tours !!" There is no responseform Nedbank till date

I didn't get any confirmation about the ticket till know, I was Calling above Numer of Nedbank travel No Luck, Sending Email to ********** and Travel Consultant no response, I went to Carlsworld Bank they can help on it as they are saying I need to Call Travel Consultant or Customer Care.

I need urgent response .
