no response

Good Day

I opened a business account with nedbank, I received an email few days later asking for my ck docs, i have sent it. (22 September 2022) i rep**** same day and sent documents. on the 26 September i emailed back and asked for update- no reply. 29 September i emailed again ...still no reply

Today is the 5 October and still no reply

*** this is not the service a new client (business) needs!!!! please advise on my account!
