NO RESPONSE - Changing Mobile number to international number with Nedbank

<p>Before I left South Africa I asked if I could change my Mobile number when I arrived in Thailand so that I can book an airticket online. I have been trying to contact the Nedbank at OR Thambo to no avail and my visa in Thailand will expire soon. I signed an indemnity and my personal banker does not respond to his email. I see people have been complaining for years about Nedbank not being able to send your OTP via email like FNB and Standard Bank. I NEED SOMEONE FROM NEDBANK TO CONTACT ME BEFORE MY VISA EXPIRES TO CHANGE MY MOBILE NUMBER!!!!</p>
