No response

I got approved for my Homeloan with Nedbank and it said i will get an interest rate cut and R5000 cash back if move my main bank account to Nedbank! No one from Nedbank has contacted me and i have tried to phone but i just get transferred from 1 department to another??? How do i get hold of the correct
