No response

On 10 July2023 I received a SMS that I will from now on pay R27 per month starting 8/10/2023. that is in August. I never asked for greenbacks or used it since I have opened Pay- as -u -use account. The operator ***) said you can cancel the greenbacks now over the phone. Once it is confirmed the greenbacks is cancelled you can then again phone to change your account to MiGoals without the greenbacks included. Up until today I have not received confirmation that the greenbacks(R8) has been cancelled at that I will not pay R27 a month. Please help resolve. GB
