No responce from NEDBANK ***** SECTION

I have tried to make contact and elicit a response from the Nedbank ***** Section several times to report suspicious/phishing e-mails that I've received. However, this has been without success. My latest attempt was via ***who advised me to write an email to *** but I have likewise had no response/reply. I do not bank with NEDBANK and the suspicious e-mails indicate I do, hence my query to the ***** Section. If this lack of response is typical of how NEDBANK deals with the public then I am pleased that I'm not a client
