No respect for the clients

On friday the 20 Aug the ATM had swollowed my card,then i done a send imali to my Mobile number and didnt receive any sms i sent another 150 and got an sms when it was time to generate a pin i got an error message (we couldnt generate any cash voucher please call the ***) then called the Nethdbank line and was told to the Money will reflect in the morning as the was an upgrade on the system and i needed to go to a family funeral,I called in the Morning as the was still no money in the account and was told story after story the lies i keep hearing even today the is still no money my hard earned cash (350) has grown legs in the hands of Nedbank even today i called i keep getting dump stories i was told 48hrs now today im told 4 days it will return can i honestly get a solid story my my money and card in my hands i didnt want this to end up on Hello Peter but was forced ,and now i was charge for send imali that i didnt even receive im honestly destroyed by all this i could attend a family funeral you guys have no respect for your clients
