No respect for the client

Nedbank Braamfontein most useless branch ever. Took my son to open an account which took almost an to do. Waited 3 days for an sms to collect a card. Received sms and when we went to collect the card, we were told of home affairs being offline. We went there 3 days in a row. Now they want us to call the call centre to cancel the account that was opened here with them. They are taking us for Stupids. We wait for over 30 minutes to be assisted to be told system is offline whilst other clients get their cards.
