Nedbank Insurance. Absolutely no assistance from staff when you get hold of a person to speak to. The telephone system answers your call, you hold and then when the call is eventually transferred they cut you off. When you do speak to an agent they have no idea what was previously discussed and they never get back to you. A new client about to become an x-client.
