No resolution / response - Account change

I have been banking with Nedbank (Pick 'n Pay Go Banking) for many years. Earlier this year I discovered that it would be more cost efficient for me to upgrade my Go Banking account to a Savvy Plus account. Upon inquiring I was told that this might entail changing my account number. This to me is ludicrous as that would mean having to change all my debit orders, etc. The person who assisted me however mentioned that some Go Banking accounts numbers are not affected by the change and some are. How is this double standard even possible in the first place? You are a bank, how can there be grey areas?? Needles to say, I have been in to Nebank N1 City twice. Both times I have been told that the matter would be looked in to and that I will receive a response and advice on possible courses of action. Not once have I been contacted. I have even called in myself to inquire regarding this matter. The person could not assist me at the time and stated that I would be called back. To this day I still have had no response.
