No resolution by manager

So a follow up. I app**** for a loan, I had two options. I told the gentleman to call me back. He did not. I tried calling, no luck. My. Cooling off period lapsed. It effected my credit score I logdged a complaint. A manager finally called me, I was told to re apply which I was told if I did not get the same offer they would attend to it. As expected I got offered allot less. The manager said she would revert. She did not Emails later and many calls I finally got hold of her who basically had a very bad attitude and said there is nothing she can do about it. So nedbank who I have been with for many years messed up my credit score and took back what they offered only due to their incompetence. The manager did not care. I would like this rectified on my credit profile and the original offer given back to me I do not wish to speak to that manager, nedbank will have her details on my profile. I'm not exposing anyone here they must deal with them
