NO RENTAL CAR OPTION

I was in a car accident on 23/6/2023 till today without a vehicle because Nedbank Insurance DOESNT provide an option with a rental car. Till today no one has accessed the vehicle. To get to work is a daily STRUGGLE. Why do we pay monthly premiums ???????? Every number you phone they keep transferring to the RIGHT department. I'm PLEADING for assistance.
