No recommendation for Nedbank

I am convinced that NEDBANK is working with the credit bureaus to drop scoring inturn making it impossible to accure credit. I took out a credit card with NEDBANK and they would go months without debating their debit dates are different and sometimes they don't debit at all and on the day they decide to debit and find no money in your account you are required to make a plan on that day so you don't have arrears my score has dropped from 642 to 636 because of this credit card. Was advised to make direct deposit into the credit card which I did and nothing has changed. If you can't rectify this let me just pay what's dew to you and move all my accounts to a different bank
