NO PROGRESS OPENING ACCOUNT ONLINE!

I want to register INVESTMENT ONLINE for my mom. She is not client yet, although I managed to open an account ONLINE.

After many messges and calls I get no help with this!

I am told to go to a branch but what is the use of ONLINE then??

Every consultant tells me differently.
