No procedure

Good day,

To whom it may concern,

I have been to the nedbank phoenix branch on the 28th of August telling them that i have been retrenched and would like to put through a claim on my personal loans the consultant then gave me documents to fill which i did so i asked if they could send through the relevant documents the consultant said yes , when i called the call centre asking them if they received my documents they said no which i really don’t understand how they didn’t receive it , i had to go back to nedbank Phoenix branch spoke to the consultant she looks on her email if she sent it there’s nothing there so i asked her if she could please give me back the hard copies which i handed to her it took her like 20mins to find it , she ended up finding it and giving it to me then i called the call centre again they said theres a back log thats why there is a delay , i really don’t understand how nedbank works anymore its already the 28 of September and they are still waiting for an outcome on my claims why? My friend and i has been retrenched at the same time she banks with absa and within a week absa has gotten back to her so why is there a delay with nedbank i hate to compare but this is the truth , I guess i was wrong to bank with nedbank and to think they are the best bank to deal with, my debit orders go out on the 01st of every month this month i really dont know whats going to happen as they are still waiting for an outcome who is going to be liable for the unpaid debit orders as there will be fees that will charged on my account yet all if this isnt my fault i did ask for a stop order to be done , the agent that i spoke to when i called the call centre says they cant put through a stop order until the claim is approved how much more time does nedbank need? I called the call centre again this morning the agent says that they have my documents and just waiting for an outcome from the nedlife , i am indeed frustrated as i can ever be as i really don’t understand how nedbank works theres no procedure in how they operate

Someone please do something!!!
