No POP after initial payment

Still no way I can download a POP if I don't do it when I made payment. Well done Nedbank for achieving position 19th in banking on hellopeter. Such a joke to think that some people believe that Nedbank works for them when in reality it is the other way around. I've only been asking for what should already be there for over 3 years ...
