NO Paidup Letter 5months later

I paid my account about 5months ago and requested for a paid up letter to remove them as my creditors to date nothing yet it still shows that i am paying Nedbank monthly on my statement. when you call customer care you get transferred from 1 agent to another this is such a nonsensical procedure and they never call me back.
