No opting out of SPAM messages

I absolutely hate the SPAM messages/sms' that Nedbank keep sending me about their absolutely useless Greenbacks program. No matter how many times you reply "STOP" to these messages, they keep on coming.

I have no patience for useless call centres where you spend most of the time holding for someone who doesn't know what you are talking about. I don't even understand why they exist anymore when everything has gone digital.

It pains me to write this review as I know this is the only way of getting things done these days.

Pull up your pants Nedbank, you are getting left behind!
